Old Talcott Mill is a Workforce Development Housing Community that consists of eighty three (83) residential units with a mix of differently sized studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments:

►  56 One Bedroom Units

►  18 Two Bedroom Units

Units will be offered to individuals having an income at or below  60% of HUD Area Median Income (AMI) for Tolland County at the time of entering the housing.  Income eligibility will be determined in accordance with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines as administered by the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA).  In conformance with these guidelines, in no circumstance shall any applicant’s household exceed the income and rental limits.

Conveniently located near interstate 84 and Route 83 can accommodate many life style interests including access to Hartford, Boston, local theatres, access to historic points of interest, and other outdoors interests including hiking and biking.
